Storage chambers, ventilation system of fresh fruit and vegetable storage chambers, dockhouses for frozen products storage;
Applicable refrigerant of a refrigeration supply system:
- District cooling system-CO2 (R744);
- Refrigeration units for cooling dockhouses of frozen food storage rooms – R448a (characterized by low GWP).
Refrigeration supply system type:
- Cold supply of storage chambers - centralized refrigeration system with direct boiling of CO2 refrigerant (R744) in chamber air coolers;
- Cold supply of the ventilation system of the storage room for fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as air conditioning of the engine room of the refrigeration system – a refrigeration system with an intermediate refrigerant based on propylene glycol, the refrigerant is cooled by a centralized CO2 (R744) refrigeration system;
- Cold supply of dockhouses of the frozen food storage rooms is a decentralized cold supply system with direct boiling of r448a refrigerant in chamber air coolers.
Total cooling capacity:
- Low-temperature mode of co2 (r744), boiling point-32c, temperature in the chamber-25c – 3×180=540 kw;
- Medium temperature mode of CO2 (R744), boiling point-6C, temperature in the chamber +2C – 3×480=1440 kW;
- Medium temperature mode R448a, boiling point-13C, temperature in the chamber-2C-6X10=60 kW.
Number of central cooling stations:
3 PCs.
Number of chamber air coolers:
- Storage room of fresh vegetables and fruits – 20 PCs.;
- Storage room for frozen food – 22 PCs.;
- Dockhouses for frozen food storage -6 PCs.
Refrigeration condenser type:
Gas coolers for air cooling.
Defrost system of air coolers:
- Storage rooms-thawing with a heated propylene glycol solution heated from a refrigeration station;
- Dockhouses – electric defrosting system.
